  • Do I need to book in advance?
    Yes, we recommend booking in advance, especially for activities with limited availability, such as rafting or food tours.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept:

    Cash (preferred option)
    Credits system (you can buy credits for future use)
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    You can cancel with a full refund within 24 hours of booking. After 24 hours, cancellations are only possible in case of severe weather conditions or other serious reasons.

    If an activity cannot take place due to weather conditions, we offer:
    Rescheduling to another date
